Scott Mason has worked for more than 20 years in the field of leadership development, talent development and corporate consulting. He is an executive director of client Services for BlessingWhite, a division of GP Strategies, an international training and consulting firm specializing in leadership and employee development. In this role, Mason works with clients as a coach, facilitator, consultant and thought leader in personal and professional development, employee engagement and talent management.

Prior to BlessingWhite, Mason worked at Prudential Financial Inc. and Atlantic Mutual Insurance Co. in various line of business and corporate training and development functions. He is a graduate of Montclair State University with a master's degree in adult education and training and a graduate of Rutgers University with a bachelor's degree in marketing. In addition, Mason has been a featured speaker on leadership development and coaching at ATD (formerly ASTD), NJ Organizational Development, SHRM, Society of Pharmaceutical and Biotech Trainers (SPBT) and others.

Over the years, Mason has worked with some of the world's leading organizations such as ARI, BMS, Broadridge, Brother International, Canon, Chubb, Colgate, Crum & Forster, Daiichi Sankyo, Eisai, Ethicon, Havas Health, Johnson & Johnson, Long Island Railroad, Medco, Munich Reinsurance America, New Jersey Manufacturers, Novartis, Prudential, PSEG, Selective Insurance, SunTrust, Teva, and Weichert to develop their human capital.
